Proteinea is seeking a Mechanical Pre-Sales Engineer to prepare technical and financial tenders for mechanical projects in the Construction sector. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities include tender preparation, cost estimation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant submissions and winning strategies. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of tendering/estimation experience for mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tenders for mechanical engineering projects.
• Review tenders to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and production to gather tender information.
• Perform cost analyses and provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and expenses.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and communicate with clients to clarify requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform tender strategies.
• Develop and maintain a database of past projects, cost estimates, and tender results.
