You will read mechanical drawings, use hand and power tools, perform alignment and testing, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing, power, aerospace, oil & gas, heavy industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly documentation.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, precision measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Perform fitting, mounting, alignment, adjustment, and testing of engines, gas compressors, hydraulic pumps and motors, and control equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, precision measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly equipment.
• Understand and work with mechanical systems, piping layouts, and equipment integration.
• Support assembly of skid-mounted equipment and power systems.
