CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects for diverse clients. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met across project lifecycles.

The role requires on-site leadership, start-up oversight, and proactive communication of cost and schedule impacts to leadership and clients. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience; or 10 years of related experience and/or training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review construction documentation to support project objectives.
• Conduct vendor proposal reviews in coordination with the client.
• Follow standards for project reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Lead start-up activities and on-site progress reviews.
• Schedule and document weekly project meetings during construction.
• Inspect work for contract compliance and quality.
• Perform punch-list inspections and site visits.
