You will create system layouts in Revit/AutoCAD, perform load calculations, and model air and water systems while collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET) and PE license, with 7+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited mechanical or architectural engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred; Master’s may substitute for up to 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Own designs, concepts, and standards under supervision and senior oversight.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and owners to define scope and equipment needs.
• Attend meetings with owners/clients and verify conditions at project sites.
• Develop advanced system layouts, schematics, and schedules using Revit or AutoCAD.
• Prepare and modify studies, plans, specs, and project designs as needed.
• Review drawings for accuracy and conformance prior to QA/QC.
• Assist with client relations and project coordination events.
