Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Past internship or co-op work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical capabilities.
• Ability to learn AutoStore, conveyor and Exacta software.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, design specifications and process flows.
• Multilingual, eLearning content authoring experience, video editing.
• Follow information security policies and protect confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
• Create training materials including presentations, user manuals and job aids.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, webinars and workshops.
• Attend relevant training sessions and become certified in applicable technologies.
• Compile and ensure vendor training content matches standards.
• Create high quality introductory level online courses.
• Assist with internal new hire and customer training coordination.
• Stay current on industry training methodologies and strategies.
• Contribute to project teams, providing help outside training scope when required.
