Toyota Automated Logistics in Noblesville, IN is seeking a focused Production Technician to support assembly operations on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm). You will follow standardized work, read engineering prints, perform quality checks, and assist with safe, efficient production to meet daily targets.

With a strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork mindset, you will maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and rotate tasks within the cell while upholding 6S and

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation, checklists, tallies, and audits.
• Assemble, inspect and prepare product for shipping to required specs.
• Rotate assignments and sign off on work for traceability.
• Perform 6S duties and maintain housekeeping in the cell.
• Communicate with team members and attend meetings as required.
• Report injuries, quality issues, or delays promptly.

Job Overview:

Shift:

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Job Functions:

• With guidance maintain all process documentation in a timely and accurate manner, and complete all checklists, tallies, and other job-related audits and system checks
• With guidance read and follow standardized work and job instructions to assemble, inspect and prepare for shipping product in a safe and efficient manner to quantity and quality specifications of assigned work cell
• Rotate job assignments within a job cell as well as in other cells as required
• Sign off on work performed for traceability
• Perform 6S duties as required and maintain housekeeping standards of cell assigned
• Communicate effectively with other team members in the cell as well as attend all team meetings, problem solving sessions, training, shift meetings, etc. as necessary
• Report immediately any job-related injuries, quality issues or potential production delays to the team lead.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Other duties may be assigned

• No travel required for this position.

Required Qualification s and Preferred Skills:

• Minimum High School diploma or GED

• Ability to operate heavy duty equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to read engineering prints / drawings
• A Level I Production Tech will possess the skills and training to perform the complete assembly responsibilities of one area of production (assembly, offline assembly, advanced assembly)
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
