Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Mechanical Systems Trainer to join our Technical Training Department at our Noblesville, IN headquarters. The trainer will develop and deliver training on conveyor and mechanical systems, plus software training for Exacta, to internal staff, customers, and dealers.

Responsibilities include creating materials, leading sessions (in-person and virtual), and staying current with industry training methods.

Competenze

• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 is desirable.
• Past internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical capabilities and interest in robotics.
