Job summary

Toyota's Technical Training department seeks a passionate Engineer to deliver state‑of‑the‑art automotive training for dealership technicians. You will translate complex concepts into practical learning, coordinating with regional teams to align on objectives and content.

The role requires research, design, development, delivery and evaluation of courses, including ILT and online modules, with travel to regional centers as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for automotive systems.
Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, deliver and evaluate technical training for dealership technicians.
Create course outlines, timelines, storyboards, instructor guides, and assessments.
Coordinate with TMNA, TMC & TTC design groups and regional teams.
Deliver training at regional centers and conduct train‑the‑trainer events.
Evaluate learner performance and iterate training content.
