Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Mechanical Systems Trainer to support our Technical Training group. You will develop training content focused on mechanical systems, conveyor technology, and Exacta software, while delivering hands-on sessions for employees, clients, and dealers.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. You will train on safety, installation, maintenance, and programming of equipment and software, ensuring knowledge transfer across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to create clear training content and manuals.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of TAL training programs.
• Create training materials including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for clients and internal staff.
• Attend relevant training sessions and get certified in applicable tech.
• Ensure vendor content aligns with TAL standards.
• Develop introductory online training courses.
• Assist with internal new hire and customer training coordination.
• Stay current on industry training methodologies.
• Contribute to project teams beyond training scope.
