Job summary

Preston Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join a leading mechanical contractor on a major hyperscale data center project in Virginia. You will lead day-to-day on-site delivery of all mechanical construction activities, coordinating field teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Lead Mechanical Delivery on a Major Hyperscale Data Center

Preston Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join a leading mechanical contractor on a major hyperscale data center development in the Virginia market.

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a hyperscale data center, delivering a $50M mechanical scope on one of the region's most significant mission-critical construction projects.

The Opportunity:

As Mechanical Superintendent, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of all on-site mechanical construction activities. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and in line with schedule and quality expectations.

Working closely with Project Management and other trade partners, you will drive productivity, plan manpower and sequencing, resolve field issues and support the project through commissioning and closeout.
