We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead field execution on a large-scale Hyperscale Data Center project in the USA. This role is responsible for delivering complex mechanical systems safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site mechanical construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, sequencing, and workforce productivity.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, chilled water, piping, cooling, and associated mechanical systems.
• Drive safety, quality, and commissioning readiness across the project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with project management, engineering, and client teams to maintain delivery milestones.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent on mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems installation and commissioning.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of US construction practices, safety requirements, and project controls.
