Job summary

TYG is seeking a driven Lead HVAC Superintendent to lead field operations on major mission-critical and data center projects across the region. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and turnover of complex HVAC systems, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on time and to spec.

The role requires 7+ years in HVAC or mechanical construction and prior leadership on large projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction, with experience leading major projects.
• Experience leading field teams on mission-critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, or other complex commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and project sequencing; ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

• Mentor and develop field personnel, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Help drive project productivity while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety

We're seeking a driven and experienced Lead HVAC Superintendent to join a well-established mechanical contractor and take a leading role in the delivery of major mission critical and data center projects across the region.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing HVAC field operations on complex, high-value projects, working alongside some of the industry's most respected general contractors and construction teams. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage HVAC field operations from mobilization through project completion

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction, with experience leading major projects
• Previous experience as a Lead Superintendent, HVAC Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
• Experience working on mission critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, or other complex commercial projects preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and project sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability project environment

Base Salary Range: $100K – $180K (Sliding Scale)
