Job summary

Preston Recruitment is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to appoint an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a major hyperscale data center development in Loudoun County, Virginia.

As Electrical Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day on-site electrical construction activities, lead field teams and subcontractors, coordinate installation sequencing and ensure safety and schedule compliance on a mission-critical site.

Qualifications

• As Electrical Superintendent, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of all on-site electrical construction activities.
• You will lead field teams and subcontractors, coordinate installation sequencing and ensure works are completed safely.
• Drive productivity and oversee testing, energization and final closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day electrical construction activities.
• Lead electrical foremen, subcontractors and field personnel.
• Develop short-term work plans and coordinate manpower requirements.
• Manage the installation of power distribution and mission critical electrical systems.
• Monitor productivity, quality and progress against the construction schedule.
