Job summary

Loenbro Estimator I develops assigned estimate components under defined direction, learning Loenbro estimating standards, systems, and cost-development methods. The role conducts quantity takeoffs, compiles pricing, organizes quotations, and maintains complete estimate documentation.

Responsibilities include identifying scope concerns, risks, and ensuring timely submission while using approved estimating and CRM systems. Travel to offices and sites is possible as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of estimating or related experience or education
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, structural, and light civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Proficiency with Office software and estimating tools
• Willingness to travel to offices, client locations, and sites

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop assigned scope per bid documents
• Compile labor, material, equipment, subcontract, and indirect costs
• Solicit vendor/subcontractor quotations and document coverage
• Identify scope gaps and risks for senior review
• Maintain estimate files and supporting documentation
• Meet deadlines and participate in estimate reviews and site visits
