Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a Mechanical Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding our mechanical business and promoting all product and service lines. You will nurture B2B relationships, develop proposals, and manage customer accounts to increase loyalty and revenue.

The role emphasizes results, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a benefits package including a company vehicle, PTO, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, mechanical industry preferred
• Proven track record of new account development and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Word/Excel, and POS systems
• Leadership skills and ability to analyze profitability of customer programs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screen

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain or obtain new business
• Prospect and qualify potential customers
• Design proposals aligned with customer needs and budget
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing accounts
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations
