Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in Florida is hiring a Mechanical Sales Representative to drive growth in our mechanical business and expand relationships with B2B customers. You will promote all product and service lines and work to increase customer loyalty.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, a take-home company vehicle, laptop and cell phone, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience (mechanical industry strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and POS systems.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business.
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers.
• Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts.
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed.
