Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial tire business and build long-term B2B relationships. You will expand our product and service lines, increase customer loyalty, and manage client accounts with a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in commercial tires is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and close new accounts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers
• Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
