Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Tomahawk Mill to lead reliability initiatives and coordinate maintenance programs. You will help define and participate in reliability programs to improve machinery performance and provide technical direction to maintenance and operating personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience in mechanical/reliability maintenance.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and AutoCAD.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance and reliability programs from conception to implementation.
• Support daily, monthly and annual maintenance outages within reliability maintenance and engineering.
• Manage equipment PM and maintenance programs and capital projects.
