Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the Nairobi CAA Project in the construction of a new CAA building. Responsibilities include providing engineering quality assurance, inspecting mechanical work, and ensuring compliance with contract documents. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of seven years of construction experience, and excellent skills in Microsoft Suite. Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction experience.
• Able to review shop drawings and submittals from the contractor.
• Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations, i.e., EM 385-1-1, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering quality assurance and technical oversight for the Nairobi CAA project.
• Inspect mechanical work and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation.
