Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Eight years of experience in maintenance, quality, and/or manufacturing engineering or management are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from conception, design, installation and trials, coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives on manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Execute projects assigned by the Divisional Engineering Manager.
• Travel to other manufacturing facilities up to 25% to manage divisional projects.
