A growing manufacturer is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from concept through production launch. This role plays a key part in improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity across plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering projects from design through production approval
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Support new product launches and technical feasibility reviews
• Develop tooling, equipment, and cost estimates for new programs
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in project engineering or manufacturing project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with new product launches in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and CAD tools (AutoCAD/Inventor a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
