Job summary

SSR, a leading engineering design, consulting, and planning firm, seeks a Project Manager II to lead medium to high complexity projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from kickoff to closeout. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage contracts, and drive project performance with ESOP-backed ownership culture.

Responsibilities include developing proposals and budgets, aligning teams to contractual obligations, and delivering total project success through effective QA/QC,

Qualifications

• Eight years of related project experience or twelve years on similar projects.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to high complexity projects and multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate resources.
• Track budgets and earned value and manage change orders.
• Lead project kickoffs and ensure completion from start to closeout.
• Supervise closeout activities and documentation.
