Job summary

Airco Mechanical in Round Rock, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC project manager to lead commercial installation and service projects. The role emphasizes coordinating subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, managing costs and timelines, and ensuring quality closeout across multiple sites in Texas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC project management, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Bluebeam/Navis is a plus.

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
• Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Quality control & Project closeout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
• Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
