Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and support mill safety, environmental, quality, and reliability expectations.
• Provide technical support to maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs and spare parts planning.
• Support outages through planning, coordination, and contractor management.
• Use root cause analysis and data to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate and manage capital projects from scope through startup.
• Develop project justifications, cost estimates, designs, schedules, and startup plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on-time projects.
