Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (spreadsheets, ERP, databases, specialized software).
• Ability to interpret drawings and CAD data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resource management including coordination with shop staff, QA/QC inspectors, and engineering teams.
• Engage leadership to set goals and drive improvements in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements definition, and project status reporting.
• Develop and maintain methods to measure progress and ensure project goals are met.
