Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to drive standard times, line balancing, and continuous improvement across high-volume operations. You will develop layouts, perform VA/NVA analyses, and support NPI with manufacturing plans.

Expertise in PFMEA, Lean, and change management is essential. The role requires 8+ years in related environments, with a strong track record of process development and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, and change-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard times and manpower projections for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct work measurement studies and classify VA vs NVA activities.
• Develop layouts and optimize workstations and production lines.
• Document manufacturing processes for new or relocated lines.
• Perform line balancing and workforce allocation following changes.
• Lead 3M analysis and ergonomic assessments using Yamazumi charts.
• Identify productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Develop training materials and work instructions for changes.
• Evaluate tooling and equipment requirements and recommend improvements.
• Manage ECOs and MCOs with impact assessments on processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity planning initiatives.
• Support New Product Introduction with manufacturing plans and verifications.
• Prepare technical reports and project updates for stakeholders.
