Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to act as the technical authority for manufacturing processes, equipment, automation strategy, and process optimization. You will drive development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies while focusing on continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
Experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) systems.
Proficiency in PLC ladder logic programming, HMI and SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of industrial control systems and project leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for manufacturing methods, equipment selection, automation strategy, and process capability.
Develop long-term manufacturing technology roadmaps including automation, robotics, digital manufacturing and advanced process control.
Evaluate and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
Mentor Manufacturing Process Engineers and Process Specialists throughtechnical leadership.
Champion readiness for New Product Introductions ensuring quality and throughput.
Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR requirements.
