IMEG is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer in Columbus, OH. You will lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on low to moderate complexity projects, mentoring staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
• Minimum 5 years in building design consulting; 6+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on low to moderate complexity projects.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Engage clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information.
