Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD with hands‑on experience in consumer products.
• Experience driving product development in a manufacturing setting.
• Sheet metal design experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on validation and testing of new products.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles to support product design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consumer product development culture.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SolidWorks 3D CAD and PDM to engineer and refine new consumer goods.
• Develop and optimize various sheet metal assemblies and components.
• Validate prototypes in a hands‑on laboratory setting to ensure design intent.
• Perform rigorous gas and heat output testing to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturing teams across the U.S., Mexico, and China.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from concept to final production.
