Job summary

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a leader in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for Telecom/Datacom markets, supporting major OEMs worldwide. We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our HSIO Connector Engineering team in Valley Green, PA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage technical and process control aspects, develop plans, coordinate, track, qualify, and implement assembly processes from design to production, ensuring cost, delivery, capacity, and customer requirements are met.
  • Develop automated processes and oversee continuous improvement initiatives including SMED, TPM, and other lean tools.
  • Assist with costing, capital, and capacity projections for new products and modifications.
  • Complete process development deliverables such as PFMEA, Process Qualification Plan, Control Plans, Workmanship standards, and DOE.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least two years of process engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documents and writing reports.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts and experience with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Pro-Engineer), GD&T, and project management tools.

Some domestic and international travel may be required.
