Process Engineer/Chemist (WDA) – 2 years contract

The Process Engineer/Chemist (WDA) provides technical supply support for the commercialization and manufacture of drug products/substances.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support all technical or process activities, such as investigations, validation and qualification processes, risk and impact assessments, and process safety management activities.
  • Support continuous process improvement activities to enhance site performance metrics and contribute to the global company technical network to share site experiences and knowledge, while continuously expanding personal expertise.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products to the site and the transfer of drug products to other facilities.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biological, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from oil and gas, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Good verbal communication and technical writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.

This is a Career Conversion Program (CCP) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Professionals (Place-and-Train) under Workforce Singapore (WSG). Candidates must meet the following criteria and be open to these conditions:

  • PMETs/Mid-career professionals with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Singaporeans/PRs only.
