What's the Job?
Perform chemical, physical, and/or mechanical analyses and tests to support research, development, and quality control of processes and products.
Assist with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting test results to support accurate reporting and decision‑making.
Follow established procedures and methods while working effectively in a self‑directed team environment.
Use inspection procedures and product‑line knowledge to support testing and evaluation activities.
Manage assigned product testing projects, including schedule and data management.
What's Needed?
At least one year of experience working in a laboratory testing environment.
Hands‑on skills with adhesive testing , including mechanical and bulk characterization.
Strong data entry and analysis skills, including Excel and other relevant software packages.
Good mechanical aptitude and experience (and/or specific training) in inspection procedures and/or the product line.
Computer literacy, clear communication, and strong time management skills; ability to identify issues/problems with moderate direction and seek assistance when needed.
