Job summary

Res Group in Arkansas is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead field crews, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.

You will plan daily activities, coordinate with the superintendent, monitor site conditions, and optimize workflows while enforcing EMS, QMS, SMS requirements.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to mentor crews and resolve issues on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a construction environment.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members to ensure productivity, safety, and policy compliance.
• Plan and communicate daily work plans to the crew; coordinate with the Superintendent.
• Direct, coach, and mentor Craft personnel; enforce processes and quality checks.
• Manage QA/QC activities, permits, and EMS/QMS/EMS compliance; monitor safety.
