Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee construction crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies. You will report site activities to the Superintendent and coordinate daily tasks to keep projects on schedule.

You will manage safety, QA/QC, and environmental compliance while mentoring crew members and driving continuous improvement across the site. Extensive field presence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a construction environment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read project plans and permits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members to ensure productivity, safety and policy compliance.
• Provide excellence in project management and delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Report site activities and hazards to the Superintendent.
• Direct staff for daily construction activities; translate requirements into a work plan.
• Identify workflow and staffing issues; address on-site concerns.
• Lead quality checks and ensure adherence to SMS/QMS/EMS.
