Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as a foreman on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret schedules; manage on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate all personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety culture and conduct regular safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the work of the site team and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate work activities with owner, design team, and trades to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee contract terms, material procurement, and deliveries to align with project plans.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress to the office daily.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with on-site subcontractors and future teams.
• Maintain project schedule via short-term interval schedules and overall progress tracking.
• Ensure quality control by reviewing installation procedures and adhering to specs and codes.
• Manage project budget related to labor and productivity; optimize equipment use.
• Foster relationships with owner and ensure satisfaction with quality and timeliness.
