Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational & time management capabilities are essential.
• Must hold valid certifications (First Aid, Traffic Control Technician).
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Foreman/Lead Person's training and paperwork.
• Manage job scheduling and crew placement.
• Ensure quality control on job sites.
• Conduct daily review of timesheets and production reports.
• Train employees according to the passport program.
