Job summary

CCI Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our Mechanical team in Holt, FL. The candidate will oversee the estimating process for project bids, develop pricing models, and prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of mechanical estimating experience across various sectors, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel to project sites is possible; office is in Holt, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical estimating experience across federal, commercial, and medical sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; experience considered.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently on $50K–$10M projects.
• Proficiency reading technical drawings and specifications; familiarity with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models per RFP requirements.
• Prepare bid proposals for mechanical projects and review subcontractor proposals.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define scope and materials.
