Qualifications

• 5–10+ years HVAC/Plumbing estimating in service special projects.
• Project management experience in General Contracting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems in commercial settings.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC/plumbing service projects.
• Perform site visits to assess conditions, access constraints, and safety considerations.
• Develop labor projections and aid project managers with pricing using subcontractor data and field input.
• Support design-build and design-assist estimating efforts.
• Assist sales in preparing customer-facing proposals and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams for pricing and scope clarifications.
