Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC seeks a Construction Estimator to join our Mechanical team in Holt, FL. You will oversee the estimating process for mechanical bids, develop pricing models, and ensure cost accuracy while coordinating with engineers and project managers.

This role requires strong mechanical HVAC and plumbing knowledge, 5+ years of estimating experience, and the ability to travel to project sites for data collection and site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical estimating for multiple sectors (federal, commercial, medical).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop pricing models per RFP requirements.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals for mechanical projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine scope.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare cost estimates.
• Review subcontractor proposals for scope coverage and gaps.
• Ensure pricing model data accuracy.
