Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably mechanical.
• Ability to prepare and review estimates, takeoffs and cost plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of estimate plans and coordinate with project team.
• Develop project estimates across mechanical scopes and review documentation.
• Identify scope, cost and quantity requirements from drawings and specs.
• Contribute to risk analysis and cost contingencies.
