Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an estimator in a construction environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Sage Timberline, InEight, CostX).
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Assist in developing the total project estimate
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis with contingency recommendations
• Analyze problems and propose cost-effective solutions aligned with objectives
• Maintain a library of current local rates for estimates
