Qualifications

10+ years' mechanical estimator experience in construction.
Experience using estimating systems: Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
Degree or comparable construction discipline experience.
RICS/CEP/CPE chartered or on path to credential.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
Avid at building strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
Lead the development of the total project estimate.
Prepare the Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis with contingencies.
Analyze and recommend solutions to complex problems per guidelines.
Maintain a library of current local rates for use in estimates.
