Job summary

Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Estimating leader to manage Estimating personnel and develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for preconstruction. You will drive standards, tools, and risk assessment while coordinating with designers, clients and operations teams.

The role requires a BS in Engineering/Construction Management and at least 5 years of estimating experience, with strong leadership and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent; 5 years estimating experience.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Design-Build or CMAR project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimating team and oversee cost estimates.
• Develop preconstruction standards and tools.
• Prepare accurate detailed cost estimates and reviews.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients and operations.
• Support bid strategy, bid leveling and procurement.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
