The Haskell Company is seeking a seasoned estimating leader to manage Estimating personnel and develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for diverse construction projects. You will help develop preconstruction standards, participate in bid strategy, and work closely with designers, clients, and operations to optimize cost and value.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of estimating experience, with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire

In this role, you will manage Estimating personnel. You will also verify and develop accurate, detailed construction cost estimates. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and adherence of preconstruction standards and processes.

While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to visit alternate locations and therefore must have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to do so. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$175,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
