The Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Estimating Leader to manage the Estimating team and drive accurate, detailed construction cost estimates across projects. You will develop preconstruction standards and oversee bid analyses, RFIs, and vendor relations.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in structural cost estimation, familiarity with Design-Build/CMAR delivery, and strong communication skills to mentor a team of estimators while coordinating with designers, clients, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years estimating experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages Estimating personnel.
• Develops and ensures utilization of Preconstruction processes, standards and tools.
• Develops accurate, detailed cost estimates and reviews others' estimates.
• Develops scope clarifications and RFIs.
• Produces market bid leveling analyses.
• Reviews and recommends bidders from bid leveling analyses.
• Develops project construction budgets.
• Maintains Preconstruction software and historical costs.
• Acts as Pricing Lead when required.
• Identifies risk items and contributes to Risk Register.
• Participates in proposal win strategy and presentations.
• Contributes to cost savings initiatives.
• Develops bid packages and coordinates Preconstruction-Operations turnover meetings.
• Works with Subcontractors and Vendors on solicitations and relationships.
• Supports project procurement and buyout.
• Collaborates with Preconstruction Leadership, designers, clients and operations teams.
• Follows construction costs and market trends.
• Travel as required.
