Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (NA) or Chartered Engineer (EMEA/APAC).
• Aspiration toward Principal Professional Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community of practice.
• Identify and develop a network of Technical Experts/SMEs.
• Establish capabilities for exceptional project execution across HDR groups.
• Mentoring and succession planning for technical staff.
• Develop communication strategies to connect NA and global professionals.
• Create practice groups around key skills or emerging services.
• Lead quality initiatives and design quality control reviews.
• Provide design oversight on the most complex projects.
