Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (US) or Chartered Engineer (EMEA/APAC).
• Associate track alignment with aspirations toward Principal Professional Associate.
• Significant design experience on large, multi-discipline, complex buildings.
• Proven leadership and outstanding project delivery history.
• Recognized technical expert locally, nationally and globally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community of practice among HDR mechanical disciplines.
• Partner with stakeholders to build a network of technical experts.
• Lead development of capabilities and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Mentor and implement succession strategies for technical talent.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing across North America and beyond.
• Foster innovation and thought leadership within the practice.
• Recruit and retain top talent and establish HDR as a market leader.
