• Strong background in Statics, Dynamics, Structural Analysis, and Systems Analysis.
• Experience with Pro/Engineer Creo/Parametric is desirable.
• Ability to work with suppliers/third parties.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment.
• Understanding of electrical and software functions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide product support for elevator components and mechanical systems.
• Shadow engineers and support project deliverables.
• Gain hands-on experience in the Florence Test Tower and Florence Factory.
• Prepare a final report detailing organizational impact and learnings.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings to analyze problems and root causes.
• Collaborate across electrical, software, and test engineering disciplines.
• Work with manufacturing operations, supply management, contract logistics, finance, and field support to ensure designs meet cross-functional requirements.
• Be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork.
