Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support new programs/products through production, ensuring cost, delivery, and specifications alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify tools and fixtures required to manufacture products to specs.
• Maintain safe working environment and follow safety rules.
• Develop equipment for productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Document processes and follow change-management processes.
• Apply Lean principles to set up and improve work cells.
