Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle component layouts using CAD software (CATIA).
• Select parts considering weight, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Assist on assembly floor for prototype, pilot, or production builds and provide technical support.
• Generate calculations for weight distribution, stress, and performance estimates.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in testing of vehicles or components and manage ECNs in PLM systems.
• Design, model, and test mechanical systems that integrate with a vehicle.
• Update BOMs in PDM to reflect changes.
